# 3dpredict/Ab Introduction

## Scope

3dpredictAb allows users to provide a sequence of an antibody and calculate its 3D structure and underlying physicochemical properties using the sequence & structure information. These properties can be used to **rank & filter** large sets of candidate antibodies for **developability issues** or **liabilities** for example.
