1: Use own antibody template database

The structure prediction step prior to ensemble based property prediction in 3dpredict/Ab is using a homology modelling approach relying on a antibody template structure database containing by default all public domain antibody structures.
If you want to update that database or enhance or focus it for particular predictions now you can do that by uploading your own Antibody template database to 3dpredict.

You can customise which template database to be used for which antibody format. These settings can be done by identified power users of the application and will be automatically used for all users of your tenant.

2: Customize overview histogram parameters

The overview page looked somehow like this until now with 4 default properties and thresholds for these derived from a thorough statistical analysis derived from clinical stage therapeutics.

From now on you can customise:

  • the property(ies) you want to display on the page
  • the thresholds you want to display on the plot.

In order to achieve this, the power user of your tenant has access to an administration page allowing to set all parameters of the histograms for pre-defined & calculated properties, but also custom properties, their color, ranges & thresholds

All changes are made for the full tenant & are thus propagated automatically to all of the users of the platform.

3: Export Data to Spotfire

If you want to push your analysis further and leverage the power of Spotfire, you can now install a Spotfire plugin for 3dpredict/Ab allowing to directly pull all of your prediction data into spotfire and set up dynamic dashboards in there. Let us know if you want to set this up on your side.

4: Cost Calculator & Credit Consumption

As power user you now have the possibility to look at your credit consumption and also estimate the amount of credits needed to run a certain amount of calculations on specific antibody formats.

5: Delete a job

Again as a power user you now have a dedicated page allowing you to permanently delete parts of your jobs or all of your jobs.

6: Rename job

In case you misnamed a job upon submission, you can now rectify this by renaming your job or adding a job description you might have forgotten before. In the detailed job list page you now have a pencil icon after the description allowing you to edit this.

Clicking on the pencil icon will allow you to adapt the title & description.
