#13056 - Create Units and type in Reference Data

Units and unit types are now managed within the Reference Data application. You can create and edit units and unit types directly from there.

#13080 - Copy Experimental Condition layout

Previously, when copying an Experimental Condition layout using vocabularies in Reference Data, the Experimental Condition values were not copied. This is now resolved.

#13252 - Workflow "Dispense Vial" has checks and display issues

The "Dispense Vial" workflow now correctly validates vials before processing. Previously, vials containing solid materials were incorrectly accepted for this workflow. Now, only liquid vials are permitted. Additionally, vials with quantities at or below the death volume threshold are properly rejected as invalid. Report values now correctly display using the unit associated with the container type.

#13286 - Wrong number of plates added at Target Requesting

In the Plate Creation from Batch Combination workflow, the Add Plates > Autocomplete With New Plates function at the Target Requesting step previously generated an incorrect number of plates, with some marked as invalid and displaying the warning "No more move to map". This issue has been resolved, and the correct number of valid plates is now created.

The help page edition feature and its administration interface have been removed. For assistance, please refer to the online documentation.

New Features

#13299 - Mixture data reader

You can now import Mixture data in Assay using a dedicated Experimental Condition reader. The reader supports importing the constituent index, allowing to have multiple Sample Names, Doses, Molecular Weights... for each well.

#13323 - Dose Response Fitting for Mixtures

The Dose Response Fitting analysis specifically designed for Mixture runs is now available. When working with mixtures containing multiple constituents, you can specify which constituent's dose should be analyzed for dose-response fitting, providing more flexibility in analyzing complex mixture experiments.

#13263 - Effect Size analysis

A new Effect Size (Cohen's coefficient) analysis is now available at the Sample Analysis Settings step. You can calculate effect sizes by comparing your sample groups with either reference or control wells, helping you evaluate the differences between groups.

#13392 - Delete ECD files

You can now delete previously uploaded Experimental Condition files from your runs. Note that removing the file does not revert the values that were imported, manual clearing is required if needed.

Improvements

#13265 - Improve analysis parameters

Previously, analysis parameters were limited to number or text types only. Model and interface improvements now support additional parameter types, enabling you to select well types, experimental conditions, and others, from dropdown lists.

#13300 - Analyses not computing

Fixed a bug where analyses did not compute when added with the run already at the Sample Analysis step.

#13327 - Uncomputed Automatic Analysis removal

Fixed an issue where Automatic Analysis that failed to compute could not be deleted. These uncomputed Automatic Analysis can now be properly removed.

#13348 - Experimental Condition publication at Warehouse Publishing

Fixed an issue that prevented Experimental Condition Data from being published correctly at the Warehouse Publishing step.

#13360 - Unpublishing template runs with child runs

Fixed an issue where template runs could not be unpublished when they were being used as parent runs by child execution runs.

#13388 - Duplicated data with multiple analysis

Fixed a bug that caused validated data to be duplicated when multiple analysis were applied to a run.

#13411 - Run status not updating

Fixed a bug where the run status was not updated to the Sample Analysis Settings step.

#13808 - Revert selections and invalidations when reverting runs

Fixed an issue where invalidated and selected datapoints were not reset when reverting a Design from Template or Execution run to the Sample Analysis Settings step. Additionally, for kinetic runs, timepoints remained invalidated when reverting to the Plate Mapping step.

#13930 - Fix Dose Response Fitting when it is used several times on the same aggregation

At the Sample Analysis Settings step, when applying the Dose Response Fitting analysis multiple times on the same aggregation, the calculation was running into errors. This has been fixed, and the analysis can now be applied multiple times without issues.
