#13818 Upgrade Spotfire Compatibility to version 14.6 LTS
- Assay is now compatible with TIBCO Spotfire 14.6 LTS. This is the only version supported by the application.
13811 - Multiple Screen Visualization in Assay using Spotfire
A new Open in a new window button is available on the Spotfire visualization page, allowing you to open a dedicated Spotfire page in a separate window.
- View different information on two screens to speed up your analysis
- The marking from the main page is kept on the second page
13427 - Be able to search by compound in Assay
A new Search page is available from the Assay menu, allowing you to find runs associated with sample names or sample aliases.
- Enter a list of sample names or aliases (one per line)
- View all runs associated with these samples
- Open one run or multiple runs to display them as cross runs
13747 - Median and MAD Available with Basic Stats analysis
The Basic Stats analysis now calculates the Median and MAD (Median Absolute Deviation) in addition to the existing statistics (average, standard deviation, count).
- When computing the basic stats at the Sample Analysis Settings step, the median and MAD are automatically calculated
- The results are visible at the Sample Analysis step and can be published
Improvements
13243 - Improve visualization pages look & feel
The visualization pages (Well Validation, Reference and Sample Analysis, Cross Runs) have been enhanced for a better user experience:
- For the Cross Runs page, the left panel has been removed. Run invalidation is now accessible via a dedicated modal page.
- For Well Validation, Reference and Sample Analysis pages, the look and feel of the left panel actions (Normalizations, Automatic Analysis, etc.) have been updated. The statistics are now displayed at the bottom of the left panel
13819 - New option to retrieve batch name and parent batch name from Sample
In an assay run, on the Experimental Condition page, when using "Retrieve from Sample", a new option is available: Import batch name and parent batch name.
This option imports:
- The batch name as the Sample Name
- The parent batch name as the Sample Alias
13838 - Normalize plate by Well Type average
A new normalization Normalize plate by Well Type average is now available at the Well Validation step.
This normalization calculates: Readout / AVG(well_type) per plate
The normalization has 4 parameters:
- Output name (mandatory): Choose the output name for the results
- Readout (mandatory): Select which data to normalize
- Well Type (mandatory): The well type to use for the Well Type average
- Experimental Condition (optional): Apply this calculation to different groups in the same plate
13748 - New linear regression for multiple aggregations
A new "Back calculation" normalization has been added with new capabilities:
- Reference Aggregation: The Reference Aggregation to apply the linear regression to
- Output name: Choose a custom output name for the normalization results
- Experimental Condition grouping: Apply the linear regression to different groups within the same plate by selecting an Experimental Condition
When the selected Reference Aggregation doesn't contain Plate Index or Well Type Name, these parameters are automatically added and the aggregation is recalculated.
13786 - Improved performance for Aggregation
Aggregation at the Sample Analysis Settings step and Reference Analysis Settings step has been improved.

13850 - Display text annotations
Fixed an issue where text annotations were not displayed in Assay. The t ext field now appears correctly when adding text annotations.
13936 - Run with Externally Loaded Data can now be copied
Fixed an issue preventing the copy of runs with externally loaded data.
13469 - Assay Designer Profile now has Access to Plate Layouts and Annotations
Fixed an issue where users with the Assay Designer profile could not access Plate Layouts and Annotations in Reference Data.
13595 - Dose Response Fitting at the Reference Analysis step
Fixed an issue where the Dose Response Fitting at the Reference Analysis step could not be compiled.

New Features
13570 - Categorize Warehouse Parameters
Warehouse parameters can now be categorized to distinguish between parameters that describe results and those that define analysis context.
- Create and manage parameter categories in the Administration Panel > Parameter Categories page
- Assign an optional category when creating or updating parameters
- View parameter categories when editing protocols (available as an optional column)
- When adding a parameter to a protocol, the selection list now displays category, type, and unit information for easier identification

13788 - Sample Barcode and Dose Unit Parameters Now Published Correctly
Fixed an issue where Sample Barcode and Dose Unit parameters were null when publishing runs to Warehouse.
