Introduction
Welcome to the Discngine Admin Center portal. Here you will find all the applications and different environments (Production, Pre-production, Test, Development) that you can access within your organisation.
Accessing an Application
When an administrator from your organisation registers you as a user of one or more applications, you receive a welcome email with the access link to the application.
💡 Tips:
- Remember to check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
- Save the URL in your bookmarks for quick access.
Login
When you click on the access link, you are redirected to the login page.
There are two ways to log in:
- Use single sign-on (SSO) (available if your organisation has configured it)
- You are redirected to your organisation's portal
- Enter your usual credentials
- Enter your email address and password (if local login has been enabled for your account)
- If you haven't received an invitation email, contact your administrator.
First Login
During your first login:
- Log in with your preferred option (SSO or email/password)
- Configure two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Scan the QR code with an authentication app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
- Enter the code generated by the app
- Keep the recovery codes in a safe place
- Validate
Portal Login
If you want to access an application later, you can go to the Discngine Admin Center portal.
- Access the URL of your Discngine Admin Center instance (provided by your administrator)
- Choose the login option (SSO or email/password)
- Access your applications
Main Interface
The home page is organised into two main areas:
Organisation Management Cards (top section):
Quick-access cards to manage your organisation's settings, including Organisation, Identity Providers, IP Access Control, Applications, Licenses, Groups, and Users.
Applications (main content):
The applications you have access to, organised by environment (Production, Pre-production, Test, Development). Each application card shows:
- The application logo and name
- A brief description
- An "Information" button to view details (name, environment, description, URL)
- An "Open Application" button to launch the application directly
The Top navigation bar provides access to different features:
- Organisation selector: switch between organisations (if you have access to multiple)
- Theme: allows you to switch between light and dark mode (moon icon)
- User profile: allows you to access your account settings and log out
