Introduction

Welcome to the Discngine Admin Center portal. Here you will find all the applications and different environments (Production, Pre-production, Test, Development) that you can access within your organisation.

Accessing an Application

When an administrator from your organisation registers you as a user of one or more applications, you receive a welcome email with the access link to the application.

💡 Tips:

  • Remember to check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
  • Save the URL in your bookmarks for quick access.

When you click on the access link, you are redirected to the login page.

Authentication

There are two ways to log in:

  • Use single sign-on (SSO) (available if your organisation has configured it)
    • You are redirected to your organisation's portal
    • Enter your usual credentials
  • Enter your email address and password (if local login has been enabled for your account)
    • If you haven't received an invitation email, contact your administrator.

First Login

During your first login, log in with your preferred option — SSO, or your email address and password if local login has been enabled for your account.

Portal Login

If you want to access an application later, you can go to the Discngine Admin Center portal.

  1. Access the URL of your Discngine Admin Center instance (provided by your administrator)
  2. Choose the login option (SSO or email/password)
  3. Access your applications

Main Interface

Admin Center home page with hero banner, stat cards, Quick navigation tiles and the Your applications favourites row

The home page brings your organisation and applications together in a single view:

  • Hero banner: a welcome banner at the top with quick actions to create a New user or a New group.
  • Stat cards: at-a-glance figures for your organisation (such as users, groups and licences).
  • Quick navigation: a section of tiles that jump straight to each management area — Organisation, Identity Providers, IP Access Control, Applications, Licenses, Groups and Users.
  • Your applications: a favourites row of the applications you use most, for one-click access.

Along the left of the screen is an icon-only sidebar (rail) for navigating between areas; the item that lists everything you can open is All applications.

The top navigation bar provides:

  • Global search bar: search across your organisation from anywhere in the portal
  • Organisation selector: switch between organisations (if you have access to multiple)
  • Theme: switch between light and dark mode (moon icon)
  • User profile: access your account settings and log out

Each application is shown with its logo, name and a short description, along with an Information action to view details (name, environment, description, URL) and an action to open the application directly.
